TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

A.      A booking is said to be finalized and confirmed upon a receipt of a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER and the BOOKING RECEIPT. Receipt of Confirmation Voucher will be released once the 50% deposit is completed and trasanction receipt has been emailed. 

B.       In case of a cancellation of a finalized TOUR booking, the following cancellation fee applies; 24 hours before tour: Full refund or free rescheduling. Less than 24 hours before tour: 50% refund, but free rescheduling allowed. Weather-related Cancellation Operator cancellation due to unsafe conditions: Full refund or free rescheduling. Coast Guard suspension of travel: Full refund or priority rebooking. Rain showers Heavy or Light: We proceed with the boat tour (with Coastguard permission) Guest choice to cancel due to weather: Standard cancellation policy applies.

C.       In case of a cancellation of a finalized PACKAGE, the following cancellation fee applies; 2 weeks prior to arrival (with hotel booking) 50% Charge 1 week prior to arrival (with hotel booking) 75% Charge 5 days prior to arrival (with hotel booking) 100% Charge NO-SHOW POLICY. In case of no-show, guests are charged the full rate. Booking is non-refundable. 

D.       Terms and conditions imposed by our office like rates are subject to change without prior notice. 

E.        UNUSED SERVICES. The company is not liable for any unavoidable circumstances such as, but not limited to weather condition, transport delays or cancellation, strikes or war
